Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any carta4d service — including the web platform, mobile app, and all related content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced within.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the carta4d platform immediately. carta4d reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the carta4d platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one carta4d account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. carta4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify account details.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. carta4d will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact carta4d support immediately at [email protected]. You are also advised to change your password right away in such a situation.
Prohibited Conduct
Carta4d users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party for any purpose.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Exploiting any vulnerabilities or technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Disrupting the platform's operations or other users' experience by any means.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the carta4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). carta4d accepts a range of local payment methods including online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), digital wallets (TNG eWallet, GrabPay), and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are processed securely with SSL encryption. carta4d is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If you experience an issue with a deposit not being credited within the expected timeframe, please contact carta4d support with proof of transaction for further investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your carta4d account. carta4d reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Suspension & Closure
Carta4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice in cases of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
In cases of suspension or closure resulting from a breach of terms, any balance in the account concerned may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact carta4d support via email.
Limitation of Liability
Carta4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
The carta4d platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. carta4d makes no warranties regarding outcomes or winnings from any activity on the platform.
